PATENT EXPLORER : EXTRACT SEARCHABLE BIBLIOGRAPHIC TERMS

TEXT TUTORIAL

This feature further Probes any selected Patent/Publication for the following available fields:

  • Issue Date, Application Date
  • Inventor Name, Applicant Name, Assignee Name, Primary Examiner, Attorney or Agent
  • Appl Serial Number
  • Intl, US and CPC Classification
  • Family ID
  • PCT Filed, PCT No, PCT 371(c)(1),(2),(4) Date, PCT Pub No, PCT Pub. Date
  • Related U.S. Patent Documents : Application Number, Patent Number, Filing Date, Issue Date

  •  There are two ways to get the References:

    • METHOD 1 : PATENT SELECTED FROM ANOTHER SCREEN
      You can search for the bibliographic information for any patent that you selected using the Advanced Features Option in other Search Screens.
      For Example, from the Search Screen, we select Patent 9167303.

    • METHOD 2 : Enter a New Patent.
      This option will let you enter a Patent and search for all the Searchable Biblio Terms.

      Enter Patent or Publication Number get the Biblio Search terms.



    • All the Bibliographic Searchable Terms will be extracted.
      .

    • From here, select any of the Searchable Fields.

      You can repeat the process for any patent in the list.
       

    • Here we selected Current CPC Classification.
      There are 3 CPC Classification Terms

      Select a CPC Term and for all the Patents for that Term.
      You can repeat the process for any Searchable Term .
       


    • You can repeat the process for any Searchable Term .
       

    • At any stage, you can get back to the Starting patent and it's Searchable Terms byChecking this Option.
